Exfoliate before use. Apply to dry skin, free from moisturisers. Apply using a self tanning mitt in circular motions. Use sparingly on elbows, knees, wrists and hands. Allow to develop for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for a deeper tan. Rinse off and gently pat skin dry. Moisturise daily to maintain results.
Precautions: Do not apply to sore, broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes, hair and fabrics. Wash hands after use. Wipe the nozzle/bottle clean before storing away in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. Stored below 30C. In warmer weather, it is advisable to store the product in a fridge. Remove 2 hours from the fridge prior to use. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn. Keep out of the reach of children. For external use only. Use only as directed.

Dark didn't work out
I used to love my ultra dark but I wanted to go a shade lighter coming out of winter. The fragrance - wow. Not good and boy did the fake tan smell linger for two days! Also, could not dry on my chest after 40 minutes. Everywhere else seemed to dry down okay. This was crazy patchy after three days. I gave it three stars because I'm assuming this is a different formula than ultra dark - which I LOVE. But im super disappointed and currently do not look cute lol
Good color, but drying.
Ive ordered this product twice; once in Dark, once in Ultra Dark. The Dark shade would probably be the maximum color for us paler girlies. Ultra dark is pulling a little orange on me, and is MUCH more drying to the skin than the lighter shades. This is after rinse and lotion application. I feel like i have tissue paper skin in the desert right now.

This stuff is awful. It washes off horribly and after one use, it just started spewing out as a disgusting clumpy liquid. Absolutely ridiculous for the price. You couldn't pay me to buy this again.

Im blown away by this self tanner!!! The smell of self tanners literally make me nauseous and this smells like a tropical dream. And it isnt sticky AT ALL!! Im a pale girlie and the dark shade is perfect, it looks super natural and glowy, not orange. This self tanner also fades amazingly and you dont get that patchy look after a few days. I dont know how they did it but im so glad they did BUY THISSSS
Pros and cons
Shade dark develops into a very nice, natural tan color. It was the exact depth I was looking for on fair olive skin. It didn't look orange. There is also no DHA smell at all. Most tans that claim to not smell, eventually have some smell, but this one does not at all. My only issue is that it fades weirdly depsite proper preperation and maintanence. On day 3 I notice some weird areas completed faded off while the tan remained on other areas.
