There NO GLITTER!!!
Im not sure why some have said its glittery cuz this has absolutely zero glitter! I will not wear anything that has glitter it looks terrible in highlighter imo. This has better quality than 99% of my highlighters highend and drugstore. It reminds me alot of colorpops SSH its almost wet feeling. So dont let a few comments about glitter stop you from buying cuz there isnt any!
