This is my 1st bottle. So it depends on how the process goes. I stocked up as reviews state differences are noticed after 12weeks. I can say that the Kardasians (did I even spell their name right? lol) know their stuff. Every Lemme product I have used has shown a big difference in the first few week...

Gives me a headache!
I have used these for a week. For the first two days, I took the recommended dose. However, after noticing that the supplements were causing a headache, I decided to take only one capsule/day. No headache but have discomfort in my forehead.

This is my 1st bottle. So it depends on how the process goes. I stocked up as reviews state differences are noticed after 12weeks. I can say that the Kardasians (did I even spell their name right? lol) know their stuff. Every Lemme product I have used has shown a big difference in the first few weeks. The seamoss made a difference in a day, the debloat took a few days annnnnnd now the grow, has taken a few days to show a difference in my face. I have sensitive rosacea skin and I had never realized overload of Biotin could be the issues for my breakouts and irritated skin. Now my face is starting to look clearer just taking this and removing biotin products. Now just have to see what happens in the coming weeks. My hair is fine and yes long (seamoss actually helped my hair grow from shoulder to almost mid back in a month which was insane) but in my 40's and just need some volume and some filling in.

I have veen steuggling with my hair thinning from bleaching i use lemme purr gummies and have seen results and i wanted to try these i was skeptical at first but after a month of using these what i thiught was flyaways was actual new hair growth i cannot say it has made my hair thicker yet but definite hair growth and less fall out when brushing hair
