Lemme Curb Soft Chews Broke My Tooth!
The soft chews are not soft at all, it was so hard to bite that it broke off the side of my molar, which was stuck in the chew. They have a weird taste too.
High in Chromium
I tried this but Im concerned about the high level of chromium 600 mcg. The recommended daily intake for adults ranges from 20 to 35 mcg. If you havent been evaluated by a doctor it's best you do so before starting this because it may lead to kidney or liver damage.
THESE WORK
As someone who struggles a lot with food noise these worked great at reducing that. Obviously they're not an end all cure but these have helped me manage my cravings significantly. Also personally I really enjoy the taste of these!!
They didn't work for me.
The shot had me sleepy but definitely worked. I dropped ten pounds less then two months on the shot. I purchased a month suppy of the lemme curb and i saw no changes. I am still the same weight. I still eat a lot and have an appetite. Figured id give them a try!

They don't curb my appetite at all. I think they do the opposite. Taste is ok but very chewy almost to hard to chew.
