Not great for oily hair
This shampoo is a nice option for people that might be sensitive to dyes or fragrances. It did lather some but I didn't find it to be as cleansing as I need for my fine oily hair. I shampooed three times with it (normally I shampoo twice) and my hair didn't feel completely clean. It did feel softer ...

I really wanted to like this because there are not many fragrance-free, sensitive skin/scalp shampoos out there. Unfortunately, I used this for just two days and it made my scalp super itchy. Returned.

Runny texture with zero scent. Lathers quickly and abundantly. Accidentally got bubbles into eyes but didn't sting. Cleansed my oily scalp and dry ends of hair very thoroughly. Non-stripping. I have less amount of hair than an average person's and this shampoo isn't as voluminizing as I want. Strands felt soft and wasn't slick/shiny looking after blowdrying. Tamed frizz. Appearance was nice for a full day and even afterwards, only looked a little limp and not greasy. Clear bottle lets me see how much shampoo is left. Slightly above average price.

Paul Mitchell has some banger products. It's really a great brand and the price point reflects. This particular shampoo makes my hair undeniably soft however when this says sensitive, everything free…it MEANS it. This has ZERO smell, it is the closest thing to water that I've experienced in a shampoo. It lathers well and does the job but ultimately if you don't have sensitive scalp/hair or if you miss at least a little natural fragrance this leaves a little to be desired.

I really love these effectiveness that it has to clean your hair without having overwhelming chemicals and scents. I would pay the price in stores/salons for this! Paul Mitchell always comes through to save the day.

I had to use it for a week or two to give my honest review. And it works great with my hair. I have a lot of frizz so it helps with maintaining it clean so I don't get so much frizz. It's a great shampoo .
