Watered down
The item was not sealed, but I opened it anyway and the wand didn't give any resistance. I kept having to apply it over and over sgain. It's as if someome watered it down snd then returned it.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Omg talk about a BOLD mascara! Makes my real lashes look so bomb fuller and longer. Literally only need just a little definitely fan it dry before blinking too many times or the product will be everywhere lol cute packaging love this one!
