Wanted to like this, but did not work for my hair
I have fine blonde hair that is going gray and has toner and highlights. Since I use heat styling products on my hair and color it, I know I need some kind of bonding repair treatment. The first time I use this product I really liked it. My hair felt soft and it styled well. Unfortunately, after repeated uses, and not every time I washed my hair, this really dried my hair out. When I used it in combination with the conditioner, my hair was full of static. I live in the south and it's humid and there should not be static in my hair. So while it didn't work for my hair, it might work for some. I did notice that it does have a chemically smell when you use it.
Disappointing
This shampoos was very watery and thin, and it barely lathered. My hair velt dirty after using this. Love the conditioner but the shampoo is not goo.

Overall Great Product
I used pre-shampoo, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall I like the product. It does make my hair feel healthier and I will finish the product that I have. I really just don't care for the fragrance and the fact that I don't get enough lather from the shampoo. The system does do its job of strengthening hair though.
Hated it
The shampoo is so thin and watery and smells like dirt. I use pre-shampoo oil on my hair and this did not feel like it was lathering enough. So I did a second wash, and it still did not feel like it was cleaning. Ive always hated NYM products, been disappointed with everything from that brand. I only bought this on Abbey Yungs recommendation. I still love her, no shade. We all have different needs for our hair, but this is a no for me. I used the matching conditoner after, didnt like that either. My hair feels dry, unclean and gross.
