I've used the Studio Fix powder for years and always loved the coverage but how light it felt. I reordered not realizing the product had changed and the color I was (NW18) no longer works for me. I'm white and it's for more of a mixed complexion. I did the online test to get my new shade and ordered another compact, willing to try it out. I got NW13 (based off the recommendation) and it wasn't any better. It was super orange for my complexion. Ultimately, I've switched brands altogether. I hate that I'm no longer going to be a MAC Lover.
Not good
The old formula was waaaaayyyyyyy better. They changed the color range so much there are no very fair shades anymore. Theyre very yellow or orange and too dark. Also the texture is very chalky and does not sit well on the skin. God forbid you have any dry, flaky skin. Forget about it. Feels like corn starch on the skin.

I've used Studio Fix Powder foundation for decades, but won't be anymore. The new formula is terrible. The coverage is not as good, it melts off in the Texas heat, definitely not matte finish, and it makes a powdery mess when swiping the sponge or brush across the compact. Please bring back the original.
