hard to apply because it bled, and if I wanted to use it, I had to go over the line multiple times and layer it on due to the thinness. I will use it as an eye shadow instead of a liner

I wasn't a big fan of this liquid solar flare eyeliner, it didn't really apply with one stroke I had to go over it a few times for it to even show anything. I think this would be a good practice liner for someone younger :) the plus side to this product is it does dry quickly, and it has S P A R K L E S!
