This shower filter has helped me soooo much. I've heard that the water is very 'hard' in my city and I had theorized that this was one of the many reasons why my eczema has gotten worse in recent years. However after just a few showers with this filter my skin is looking better! It's no cure but it ...definitely has helped a noticeable amount. You can literally feel a difference in the water when you take your first shower with the kitsch filter! It was super easy and simple to install too, and I am now subscribed for auto-replenishment shipments to refill every 3 months! Very happy with this product. The only reason I am giving a low rating is because Kitsch has probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! A majority of the time I feel like I'm talking to AI. They will give you advice on how to deal with a problem you're having, then you go and do what they tell you to do, you report back to them, and they say that the advice you got was incorrect and they 'never said that', even though you can clearly see it in the chat history. For example, I was trying to transfer over points and subscriptions from an old account to this new one and somebody told me to delete my previous account and re-create it and then they could transfer the points. I went ahead and did that, told them I had deleted and re-created the account, and then they said they could not transfer or restore the points. So I just lost a whole bunch of points, rewards, coupons, and subscription details. Incredibly frustrating dealing with them and I hope they're able to get better about it in the future. There was also once a glitch on the website and I contacted customer service about the fact that I could not see the option to subscribe to the shower filter refill cartridge. I was told that the shower filter was not something that you could be subscribed to. I told them that I was literally already subscribed to it on my other account and they didn't believe me until I provided screenshots. It seems like they don't know what they're talking about. You can usually get a solution to your problem if you try hard enough to get the right answers out of them, but it doesn't need to be that hard. Another time I was trying to log into my new account and I wasn't getting a sign in link. I emailed customer service and they said that there was no account associated with the email I had. I told them that was not true, I had a full account associated with that email, had a subscription, and plenty of points. Again they didn't believe me until I showed them proof of emails I got to log into that account in the past. It is so frustrating trying to get your problems sorted out and they either don't believe you or just give you straight up incorrect information. Anyways, rant over. I've just been so frustrated dealing with customer service these past few weeks. These negative experiences have really caused me to minimize my purchasing from this brand because I don't want to deal with the hassle. I just buy my shower filter refill cartridges and try to keep it simple. I definitely think that this is an area that it would be valuable for kitsch to improve on! I'm sure it would be valuable for both the brand and the customers' experiences.
