You have to pump a LOT to get coverage on your hair. Does not lather. I did not feel like it cleaned my hair well, which at first was okay because my hair is not normally greasy and I wanted something gentle. Over time though my hair became worse. This is great for my hair - I get dandruff and my hair gets very oily very quickly with most shampoos. I was delighted to find that this one is one of the exceptions! As a lot of people have said, the pump is terrible. I definitely recommend using some other kind of dispenser for it, if you can. I emptied mine into a glass soap dispenser months ago and have been happy with it ever since.
Whyyyyy
Who told Pacifica that we wanted them to change the Rosemary Mint shampoo formula? I had been using the old one for YEARS. It never let me down. I even kept using it when they temporarily axed the conditioner. And now we get THIS?! No. It doesnt work as well as the original and the pump suckssss. Bring the old one back. Stop playing with us.
Wakes my Scalp Up!

My scalp is itchy a lot and this shampoo wakes it up and makes the itching go away. i love the smell and the pump is easy to control. I will definitely buy again.
Terrible packaging
Do yourself a favor a buy a foaming soap dispenser for this. The original packaging takes forever to pump out enough to wash your hair. The formula itself is fine, it's just so hard to get out of the original container.
Don't recommend
This foam pump product does not harldy foam at all. You have to hold it tilted and still has barly any foam come out after many many many pumps. I wouldn't recommend its nothing like the old rosemerry mint shampoo, i bought it thinking itnwould be the same but foaming but nah this sucks
