I don't mind the smell , used to herb smells on my shampoo. kind of just smells a little bit like tea tree oil. but I dont think it's color safe , a lot of my color was stripped and it made my hair so dry the next day. felt like hay towards the tips.

I felt like this product is starting to make a difference in my scalp 😍. i have really bad flaking esp in the summer time when it gets super hot out and just overall build up from other products i use. i am seeing a difference with me feeling less itchiness. i really am enjoying this stuff and it smells super calming. i recommend using it twice a week

I have probably the most sensitive scalp known to man and always have to be so careful with what I buy as products like OGX and Loreal make my skin and scalp break out so bad. After using this shampoo I've noticed no itching + no irritation. I really appreciate how gentle it feels on my scalp. The scent is natural and not synthetic or perfumey.

This is the best shampoo and conditioner i think i've ever used! It really does help with hair fallout, i know this for a 100% certain because ive been using kristen Ess signature one shampoo and conditioner the last 3 months, and was experiencing quite a bit of hair loss but didnt fully realize how until i started using this shampoo! After my 3rd hair wash with this, im already seeing results, much less hair around the hair catcher that covers my drain, like so much less that i just stood there staring at the shower floor in amazement. Anyways, i highly recommend this product. And STOP using kristen ess, the third ingredient on the conditioner bottle is fragrance!
