I have used the item only a couple of times. So far so good. People have said it didn't lather for them but I lathered a wash cloth and it worked very good for me.

This purchase was not the most satisfying as it took KITSCH 6 weeks to get my order to me. They mailed it twice to the billing address, not the shipping address, and it took 2 follow-up phone calls and several texts to get it straight. That being said, I have only used these products one time. I like the shampoo(s) very much, but feel the conditioners melt away very quickly and after a few weeks need to be put in a mesh bag to use.
