TO USE. . . Peel away from the protective backing on the Non-Adhesive Silicone Inserts. On clean, dry, oil/lotion-free skin, position the Silicone Inserts on your breast and hold into place for a few seconds as body heat will help keep Silicone Inserts in place. If your body naturally runs cool, lightly dampen wet the Silicone Inserts, place on the center of your breast and hold for 10 seconds. Use the contoured backing to place your Silicone Inserts back on and in the velvet pouch for storage and travel.
IMPORTANT... To extend the life of your Silicone Inserts, gently wash with mild soap and air dry after use. When dry, place back onto the contoured backing to keep its shape and in the velvet pouch to keep from debris. May be used up to 100+ times!
If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use. Do not apply to irritated, sunburned or sensitive skin. Pretest for sensitivity or allergies.

suck. don't buy.
i wanted them as an alternative to a bra, not to wear under a bra. it said that your body heat would help them adhere. lie. it said that if you wet the pastie a little bit, it would help it adhere. also not true! they stick for maybe 5 seconds before peeling off completely from the edges. im sure if you wore them under a bralette with no pads in it, the bra would help them stay, but to go braless, yet cover your nipples, theyre terrible.
Almost Perfect
40D here! The grip is great. I prefer to be braless any chance i can, and these are wonderful for me. They cup the twins nicely and stay in place with no stickiness. My only complaint is the need for a color between medium and deep. And if they make them just a little smaller? Perfection.
Great to wear with sheer bras!
I love the shape I get from an unlined or sheer bra, but headlights aren't exactly appropriate in a professional setting. 😅 I have used the adhesive ones before which work fine if you want to ditch the bra but after awhile they start to lift and will not stay in place. I saw these and wanted to give them a try. They work great! They have a better shape than the adhesive kind and feel more structured. I wore them to a concert in Texas humidity and they stayed put and didn't slide or lift (mind you I was wearing a thin bra with them. I haven't tried them without yet.) When I removed them, I had been sweating profusely and was impressed that they didn't budge despite the boob swamp. Make sure to clean them with soap and water after each use and dry before storing in their pouch with plastic shapers.

Rlly excited abt these, but they arent good as they say their supposed to be, it says "NON-ADHESIVE" which is not sticky so I understand why they dont stay! Just disappointed with the quality! But they're rlly good for going under a thin sports bra to hide the nipples! :)
Do not stay put
These need work. I wanted to like them because they do not have adhesive but they do not stay put. They seperate from your skin around the edges. Smaller sizes are needed. This being said by someone who is a D cup…
