Not fragrence free matts my fine hair
Hair Type Straight Hair
Thin fine hair, slight wave. I purchased this product because my stylist suggested it because I need fragrance free. This product is not fragrance free. Has a weird rubber/chemical scent – still better than most products on the market. I want to love this product because I purchased two bottles of this with my points. I expected it to not foam up like regular shampoo and it didn't. I must aim it to my scalp to get wash my head – not sure how to explain this – not a technique I need for regular shampoo. The biggest complaint I have is that this shampoo matts my hair if I wash my hair like I have for the last 58 years. I have to gently work the soap down to my scalp like I am looking for ticks. I would not purchase this product again.

My scalp was inflamed and nothing was helping. My dermatologist recommended this and gave me samples. I bought this immediately and have experienced a huge improvement. Try this before anything else. I wasted money and time on at least six other shampoos before trying this brand !

Makes my hair frizz before I get out of the shower
Seemed too good to be true and was. My hair frizzes out before I've finished washing it. Makes my virgin back length hair weak, pretty upset with this product.
Harmful Ingredients
I typically use sulfate free products for my low porosity medium/thick hair so I thought this would be a good fit. I used both the shampoo and conditioner for about a couple weeks which caused excessive hair loss and scalp flaking which is not common for me and these were the only new products in my routine. After doing some research on the ingredients, I was shocked that they would advertise this for sensitive skin and eczema. The shampoo contains sodium hydroxide and the conditioner contains isopropyl alcohol, both are proven to cause hair loss, shedding, skin irritation and frizz.
