Rips your hair out
So incredibly cheap and badly made. It's cheap metal with a gold coating. The gold was peeling off already when I received it, and these peeling bits of paint ripped my hair out when I used it. Save your money and get a solid brass one from somewhere else.

Didn't actually believe that this would hold my hair but it works a treat once you've mastered the technique
A little difficult to use

It is beautiful and there would be so many options to use it if I could figure out how to use it. There are multiple tutorials but the french pin refuses to stay in my hair. Now I just do a bun with elastics and put the french pin in as a decoration which works fine. Maybe someday I will figure out another way to use it ;-)
