APPLICATION:
Create a smooth canvas for colour with Prep + Prime Lip.
Apply Lipstick directly to lips.|Pro tip: Define lips with Lip Pencil or layer on Lipglass for a high-shine finish.

I have been a fan of this shade since 2015 when it used to be of Amplified Creme finish. I received so many compliments while wearing this one. So when this shade was released in satin formula, I know I want to get it. I guess, the hue with this new formula is even better. It is beautiful and compliments my skin.

This shade is cooler than Myth which is too peachy on me. MAC I MISS the vanilla scented smaller lipstick bullets. Not crazy about the upgrade but am ride or die loyal so will always repurchase. Great shade next on my list is folio.
Didn't Like Texture
I played with the color Modesty on my hand a few times before I purchased. Then, wore it for a few days before I decided that this wasn't my color. I'm light skin toned, but this washed me out, I also didn't like the finish even after first applying the lip primer. My lips looked matte and dry. I gave it a try, but I think I prefer the Lustreglass.

I love the brand and the shade
So disappointed!
I always used Mac lipstick in Creme Cup. It was such a a pretty color especially on me. Now they changed the formula and that changed the color. It no longer has pink in it. It is no longer a soft color. I am so disappointed in Mac. It has sent me on a futile and frustrating search for new lipstick. If it ain't broke don't fix it!
