a dream

More Effective than Most Sleep Aids
I bought this after not sleeping for a solid week! My usual sleep remedies (melatonin or magnesium and tart cherry) were not working. My lack of sleep was mostly brought on by stress. I experienced deep, restful sleep the first night I consumed this product. I hadn't slept that well in months! I love that this provides a decent serving of vitamins and minerals, and in turn effectively promotes restful sleep. I will continue to purchase this product.
