Formulated Without

Swirl a powder brush over the powder. Tap off the excess. Apply onto the face and neck to set makeup.

I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder.
