Love my SugarBearHair vitamins!
Okay so I have been reading reviews and watching videos on SugarBearHair since November of 2016 debating whether I should buy these or not. I have been straightening my hair every single day for the past about 6 years, Of course I may have some lazy days where I don't straighten it but for the most ...

The new formula is awful
I tried this way back in 2019 and loved it. It tasted great, it didn't hurt my stomach, and it worked. Now? Absolutely not. Sure, it is effective. My hair and nails have grown like crazy. However, no matter how much food I've eaten before it or what time of day I take it, it hurts my stomach every s...

Ugh the taste
Not sure why these taste like fishy play-doh, but they better make my hair look amazing.
Bring back the old formula!
Not a fan of this new formula. The taste, texture and color is different, and now the serving size is 1 gummy instead of 2. I understand this is a supplement and not a candy, but they smell and taste gross.
The new formula is awful
I tried this way back in 2019 and loved it. It tasted great, it didn't hurt my stomach, and it worked. Now? Absolutely not. Sure, it is effective. My hair and nails have grown like crazy. However, no matter how much food I've eaten before it or what time of day I take it, it hurts my stomach every single time now. I finally started just eating half of one gummy each day, and it still didn't help. The new formula smells and tastes terrible as well. And it's clear that they've increased the dosing because back in 2019, you had to take two gummies. I don't remember the full amount of biotin in it, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't nearly as high as it is now--with one gummy being 20,000% of your daily value. Twenty thousand! It's also caused my skin to break out like crazy--on my face, chest, and back. Nothing else has changed in my life, and I confirmed by doing some research that yes, too much biotin *can* result in acne. If they had stuck with the old formula, I would have recommended it to everyone. Now? absolutely not. Do not take this.
Tastes horrible
Tastes like spoil milk and taste stays in your mouth for hours
Not good
This is very gimmicky. Not a good product. Not effective.
