Love my SugarBearHair vitamins!

Okay so I have been reading reviews and watching videos on SugarBearHair since November of 2016 debating whether I should buy these or not. I have been straightening my hair every single day for the past about 6 years, Of course I may have some lazy days where I don't straighten it but for the most ...

The new formula is awful

I tried this way back in 2019 and loved it. It tasted great, it didn't hurt my stomach, and it worked. Now? Absolutely not. Sure, it is effective. My hair and nails have grown like crazy. However, no matter how much food I've eaten before it or what time of day I take it, it hurts my stomach every s...

Semaglutide and Shedding Hair

Submitted 9 days ago

One side effect of Semaglutide they never talk about is your hair falling out. Not sure if its a side effect of the medicine itself or one caused by the reduction in calories (leading to a loss of vitamin and minerals). I have been taking it for a little over a year and have lost close to 100lbs. I had long, beautiful, flowy highlighted blonde hair. After a few months of taking the medicine- I started noticing my hair would fall out in HUGE clumps in the shower. The word HUGE is not exxagerating. I remember wondering how much hair I actually had that it could come out that much DAILY and me not be bald. Turns out- I learned. As the months passed my hair thinned so drastically that we decided to go dark and stop highlighting for fear the bleach would make it worse. It no longer flowed. The ends seemed so stiff. Something I've never experienced. Eventually we cut it to right at the shoulders. I am still so sad because I loved my long hair!! HOWEVER! I got a 30 day bottle of these with a deluxe sample pack I either bought or was gifted with another purchase, I can't remember. Even though I read that vitamins dont really do jack in the grand scheme of things- I figured what the heck, I have these- why not? Now after a month- I am SHOCKED! It hasnt magically grown long again or anything but it literally no longer sheds in the shower and for me, thats a big start!! A HUGE start!! I went and got my roots done today and even she mentioned how it seemed so much better. She asked me to send her a link to these so she could recommend to other clients she has that take Semaglutide. I went today and purchased the full bottle. I truly did not expect these to do much. But- I plan to continue and hopefully growth will come next. Not shedding is enough for me though.

the most disgusting thing

I gagged several times from this. The original Sugar Bear Hair from the 2010s was better. These ones taste like seaweed or ocean water. Forget Sugar Bear "Pro." They try to "improve" the original formula to try and make more money they end up garbage

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Horrible taste

Like many other reviews I used these a couple years back and loved them. They worked so good I recommend them to everyone. New formula I have to swallow them whole and brush my teeth 3x to get rid of the taste. Hard pass on these.

Bring back the old formula!

Not a fan of this new formula. The taste, texture and color is different, and now the serving size is 1 gummy instead of 2. I understand this is a supplement and not a candy, but they smell and taste gross.
