There are differences between cleansers and balms. First off, balms are really needed to remove your daily makeup and dirt/sweat that may have really accumulated on your face during day. I have and LOVE so many TRULY Beauty items from fragrances to bags to skincare... I really love the brand. With that said I was so stoked to finally get the Glass Skin Trio for my Face. I was extremely disappointed... the initial appearance of the "balm" was anything except a BALM! It was more like...

Waxy
I always double cleanse at night and a cleansing balm is my preferred first cleanse. This is one of the worst cleansers I've ever used. It's so heavy and suffocating on the skin and leaves a waxy residue behind. Straight in the trash

I was extremely disappointed... the initial appearance of the "balm" was anything except a BALM! It was more like a Gel filled with oils! Against my better judgement, I used as directed and waited. I did use this for a few weeks to give my skin time to adjust and all I can say is TRULY.... DO BETTER! You represent a huge company designed to help women in achieving their skincare goals while allowing us to feel a bit of enjoyment with LUXE products.... however, in this case, more thought seems to have gone to the design of the packaging than the product itself. Dont waste your time or money on this product. I tried to salvage the remainder of mine on my feet and that didnt even do any good.
