This comb is one of my favorite Kitsch products and one of overall favorite hair products/items I've ever purchased! (Which is a pretty bold statement for me to feel comfortable making, because, as someone with very thick, often unruly wavy/curly hair who's gone through a lot of looks and phases (ri...

Scratchy on the scalp, worst customer service
The tips of the bristles are very sharp and scratchy, especially if compared to other brushes I've used before from Aveda or Acca Kappa. On the autism spectrum- best brush to not get sensory overlo

Even after eight years, it's still going strong. All it needs is an occasional soap & water wash and some tweezing the lint off a few times a year and it's as good as the day I got it! Additionally, I am autistic and it is sometimes really overwhelming to do basic hygiene work and easy hairstyles and oiling with my hair. This is one of two brushes I've used in my life that I can get away with 'fast and nasty running late' brushing and still not have to worry about figuratively setting my scalp on fire for the next few hours while not having to worry about breakage and split ends forming either. For those reading, I have wavy (2b to 2c) hair, mixed texture (thin and thick strands), oily roots & dry ends, and mild dandruff.
