Great budget eyeliner
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Great budget eyeliner. Glides on beautifully, doesn't smudge and looks great on my upper lash line (I did a small cat eye). Also love that this liner is a combo deal as it has lash serum. Can't wait to see if the serum helps my lashes grow!

This is an interesting product with the eyeliner having a serum in it to moisturizer your lashes when used on your eyelid and lower lash line.
