It was a nice stain but the color was not what I was hoping for. The formula is nice but the color was too muted.
Lip stain issue

I preferred the old lip stain that included the gloss all in one. Otherwise you have to carry the lip stain and another item which is the gloss. As well as this new lip stain container leaves a good quarter amount on the bottom of the bottle that you can't get with the brush.
Too shimmery, bring back the matte version!

I use to love this lip stain in Fascination. The formula used to be matte, now it's shimmery. They ruined the formula. For this reason I will not repurchase not repurchase this product until they bring back the old formula.
Dried out my lips

Bought at my local Aveda salon and it dries out my lips so much that I really can't stand the feel of it. I am not one to usually write negative reviews but for the expense, poor feel and questionable ingredients in this stain, I feel that I must. I have tried other Jane Iredale products and have been satisfied. This one is a no for me.
