I usually use 24/7 Waterline in Legend and it says that on the pencil and it works great on the waterline. I ordered it in Tootsie, but it does not say Waterline on it. It just says 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil. Is it different than the Legend? Can it be used on the waterline?

Is the 27/7 glide on waterproof pencil safe for the waterline?

You say this is safe to use on the waterline, but my eye doctor said using any product on the waterline is not recommended as it can lead to dry eye, especially in us older women. So how can you claim that, especially as it is waterproof? I ended up with dry eye after using another brand on my waterline and will never do that again. As my eye doctor said, it's called a waterline for a reason!

Terrible liner

I would buy more in different colors
Easy to apply, very creamy, does not drag stays on all day. Would definitely buy more.
Smudges
Goodish. Creamy and nice colors but Perversion and the grey (Ulta flagged the color name..) smudge a little. Not acceptable for the price. The Stila gel pencils are more budgeproof and get my vote.
Didn't work for the waterline
I purchased the black and cream. Wanted the black for the upper line in hopes it would not transfer to the waterline, but it did. The beige one didn't not have enough pigmented and wore off too soon. I also didn't like the spacecowboy. This is based on performance fornthe waterline as well.
Not completely smudge proof but close !
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Tootsie is a rich, deep brown with a creamy, smooth application. The formula glides effortlessly without tugging and sets to a long-lasting, smudge-resistant finish. The color is beautifully pigmented, though it requires a couple of passes for full intensity. While it stays put well, it may fade slightly on oily lids without primer. A great everyday shade with a reliable formula—just not completely budge-proof. 4/5 stars.
Great liner- worth the price
Goes on smoothly and lasts. I use the urban decay lid primer and that helps it last longer. Would definitely buy again.
